A Perfect Sunday Afternoon

This post has no real need for words. We had a busy weekend, Grandma Elaine was in town and we partied! Literally! We had a great weekend and very exhausting weekend! So Sunday afternoon, after naps, and after another birthday party for our friend Ava...we chilled in our backyard.

I think taking pictures of my kids constantly, makes me fall more in love with them....I see all their little features...and how perfect they are in every way that God designed them!!!

Micah Turns ONE!!!!

Our gorgeous Baby Boy is One as of yesterday, 6/11/2009.
Wow. Where did the time go? He has been nothing but joy, kisses, hugs, laughter, and more joy...he's our 2nd perfect kid!! We are SOOOOOOOO Blessed!!

Loves his pasta...but it was a nice mess for Mommy to clean up!!

Thank you all our family and friends who have loved and supported us over the last year. It's had some challenges, but days like this, when we celebrate our Son's life....seems impossible to remember anything but the good!!

Appologizies....

I am so sorry it has been too long! My sweet Mom reminded me here recently that she needed to know what was going on in our lives. I think I've taken to pictures to tell the story and rarely write much anymore!

1st: Franco is HOME!!! He was gone for 10 very long days! We missed him like mad!! But he's home and we are beyond thrilled! Life is just plain old boring without Daddy around!!

2nd: Congrats to my sweet friend Elizabeth on the birth of her 1st!! So happy for you!! Shout out and praying for your recovery...speaking from experience, C-sections blow!

3rd: I had the chance this last weekend to head down to DC area and shoot a wedding with a friend from college...her work is insane! Insanely good!! Here's her blog, check it out!

It was a great learning experience and I had a blast using really nice equipment (awesome camera, and amazing lens!!!!) that I can only dream about owning someday!!

4th: My son turns ONE on Thursday!!!!!!!!! Doesn't quite seem possible that I have a 3 year old and a 1 year old!! Wow!! Times really does fly!
